30% of the rental price for cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the arrival, 50% of the rental price for cancellation between the 29th and the 7th day before beginning of the lease, 100% of the rental price for cancellation between the 6th and the day of commencement of the lease.
For the cancellations made within 30 days before arrival, the agency gives the tenant the opportunity to use the deposit during the season or even during the next season.
